Stripping is What We Live For

There's nothing like starting over and making a log home new again! Paint and some stains aren't a good choice to put on a log home. Some stains don't hold up very well, especially if your home get's hit by direct sunlight. If this is the case, you may start to see the stain chipping or maybe fading and graying. Paint, on the other hand, is not meant to be put on log homes. Paint doesn't allow the logs to breathe, which can cause rotted wood underneath the paint. Don't worry this doesn't mean it's the end of the road for your log home, if you put on the wrong product, because Woodward Woodcare can strip it away! In the last 20 years we've removed the toughest paints and the thickest stains on log homes around the country.
